PDF to Csv or xls Completed

I wish to have a feature that would not just extract text but export it as a csv file keeping the line endings also even in paragraph you should keep line endings while extracting. Kind of extract table structure.

I wish to purchase Gembox.pdf soon and I desperately wish to have something like this.
