Language Change While Saving New

I'm requesting a language change request for creating reports for customers that speak and read different languages.
Currently by default when saving all documents, everything is saved in English.
Although by default our computer is setup for English's we have clients that speak many different languages and we would like the ability to save documents to another language.

Right now we have to save the document first → open word → Select Review Tab → Translate.
