Add support for invalid indirect object IDs New

Could you please make the loading of PDF files more tolerant of standards violations? I have come across documents that display with no errors in web browsers but throw an error when I try to load them in GemBox PDF. Specifically
there are documents that throw the error:

PDF cross-reference section must either start with 'xref' keyword or an object number of a cross-reference stream.

Please note I submitted a support case for this error previously and was told the error was intentional due to the document being malformed.
