There are several TIFF file formats (not JUST byte order encoding) - including LZW, G3 compressions, but also various Color Depths (bits per pixel) supported.
In our case, we convert all of our images to BI-TONAL (black and white) - or 1 bit per pixel.
While GemBox (Document and Spreadsheet) allow for saving to TIF file format, it does NOT allow us to specify the Compression nor Color Depth (bits per pixel).
This would be a welcome addition.
