ability to have boarders for headers and footers Completed

In excel, I am able to have a boarder on top of the footer, or on the bottom of the header. This would be a great feature for your control so we can polish up the display print of excel

This feature request has been implemented and is available in the latest versions of GemBox.Spreadsheet (see the PrintOptions.ExtendedSaveOptions property).
